About the Event

Kindred Spirits Enterprises is a Gippsland based Not-For-Profit organisation which assists and advises other community organisations to create social change.  Their unique approach can provide projects with seed funding to help get it on a sustainable footing, develop a funding strategy and advocate on its behalf, or connect the project with other like-minded organisations to help it grow and thrive.

Through partnerships with not-for-profits and other community-based groups, they believe that projects like ‘The Little Village Project’ and ‘Regen Gippsland’ will make life better for local people.

Shaun Malia, Kindred Spirits Executive Officer, will join us for what promises to be a thought-provoking discussion.

Shaun is an award-winning journalist and past editor of the Latrobe Valley Express newspaper.  He then led the Latrobe Health Assembly’s innovative Social Marketing Team, joined AGL Energy as its Community Relations Manager in the Latrobe Valley, before joining Kindred Spirits Enterprises.

Shaun will be joined by Alex Lieb Regen Gippsland Community Lead.
